Adrian Dénommé is a visual artist based between Berlin, DE and Toronto, ON.
Specializing in lens-based art, his practice is rooted in both analog and digital mediums of photography as well as contemporary installations. His work explores a few distinct subject matters and draws inspiration from elements of urbanism and the tension between the natural and built worlds, as well as the notion of family, aging, intergenerational dynamics and the concept of home. This is contextualized through the study of people, weather, politics, design and the balance we strive for within our relationship to city and familial life.
Adrian’s work has been commissioned by companies across North America, has exhibited in Canada and internationally, and has been featured in both Canadian and international publications.
